ABA Field Supervisors

Applied Behavioral Interventions (ABI) is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts or NYS Licensed Social Workers to join our growing team! Full, and flexible part-time positions available. Our multi-modal program incorporates both directive and naturalistic teaching methods tailored to the specific needs of each client and family.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, around the needs of the clients and therapists
  • Attend professional development trainings, as required
  • Initiate and monitor twice monthly team meetings
  • Develop programming, program book and any necessary materials for clients receiving ABA Therapy
  • Complete assessments including the VB-MAPP, AFLS, SKILLS, and FBAs
  • Write reports as led by assessment, including treatment plans, and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to ABA Therapists and RBTs and parent training
  • Provide direct services as per needed

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) – certified and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®) or Clinical Social Worker with at least 6 months of experience providing ABA therapy
  • Must be licensed in the state of New York as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or social worker (LMSW/LCSW/LCSW-R)
  • Experience as a field supervisor working with and training ABA therapists/technicians
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments, the VB-MAPP, and AFLS is a plus
  • Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
  • Bilingual is also a plus.
